We’re happy to announce the free concert series Summer in Šiška! Eleven concerts in various genres, every Wednesday from 24 June to 2 September at 8 PM in the summer garden of Café Kino Šiška.
Summer in Šiška, a series of free concerts in Kino Šiška’s summer garden, is coming back for the third time. Eleven varied acts will help chase away the summer boredom every Wednesday at 8 PM, from 24 June to 2 September, (finally!) providing live music entertainment. In case of rain, the events will be held inside Café Kino Šiška.
The first evening will belong to singer-songwriter Jakob Kobal, accompanied by violinist Danijel Bogataj (Fed Horses), while the first day of July will feature the contemporary country blues stylings of Samuel Blues & Miha Erič. A week later, Martin Ramoveš Trio will provide subtle rock songwriting, then Damjan Manevski will debut the trio version of his Rush to Relax project. Дева will serve up a helping of Hungarian folktronica, and young Bosnian singer-songwriter Igor Božanić will follow up his 2019 performance at MENT as Sir Croissant. Panon will present new pop for new generations, and singer-songwriter Manca Berlec will also pay us a visit. We’ll hear the new synth pop project by Irena Žilić and Lucija Potočnik, Neon Wife, as well as Manca Udovič + BUH. The Summer in Šiška season will wrap up with a gig by French folk/psychedelic stoner/shamanic trance nomads An Eagle in Your Mind.
You can also find more information about the performers on the Kino Šiška website.
