British rock stalwarts Don Broco are finally bringing their explosive live show to Ljubljana! Arriving at the peak of their creative powers, they’re coming armed with a brand-new album that marks the heaviest and most nuanced chapter of their lengthy career to date.
FOR FANS OF: Enter Shikari, Nova Twins, You Me At Six …
Don Broco are a band that consistently defy categorisation. Since forming in 2008, the English quartet have developed a reputation for innovative music that effortlessly merges metal, post-hardcore, and electronica. Known for their unpredictable shifts and high-energy delivery, the group has ascended from local favourites to international heavyweights, selling out iconic British venues like Wembley Arena and Alexandra Palace, delivering frenzied performances at festivals sucj as Download, Reading & Leeds, and Slam Dunk, and sharing the stage with acts such as Bring Me the Horizon, 30 Seconds to Mars, and Pierce the Veil.
On their latest release, Nightmare Tripping, due for release just a few months before they come to Ljubljana for the first time, the band has embraced a darker, more visceral direction, oscillating between melodic hooks and aggressive intensities that reflect the turbulent state of the modern world. The album also boasts high-profile collaborations that highlight the band’s standing in the industry, including the likes of Architects’ frontman Sam Carter and a team up with rock legends Nickelback.
As Don Broco finally arrive in our lands, they bring a setlist that bridges their groove-heavy past with groundbreaking new material. Fans can expect technical precision, soaring choruses, and the raw energy that has made them one of the most respected live acts in British rock today. This performance at Kino Šiška is a unique opportunity to catch an unforgettable moment with a band that refuses to stay still, constantly redefining their boundaries and inviting their audience to join them in the unexpected.
Don Broco will be joined in Šiška by the Californian collective Slay Squad. The six-piece brings a traditional hip-hop crew dynamic to modern heavy music. Cultivating a strong DIY ethos within their local underground hardcore ranks, they’ve earned respect for their uncompromising “ghetto metal” approach that unexpectedly bridges the swagger of contemporary hip hop with the raw intensity of deathcore.

Organisation: Kino Šiška.
