As always, Tinta once again invites you to Kino Šiška on Saturday for a full day of comic book festivities.
At the fair, local and visiting comic publishers, comic bookshops, and vendors of pre-loved yet timeless comic classics will be presenting their latest releases. The fair’s side programme features a varied children’s programme, an exhibition by the Serbian collective Matrijaršija, talks and lectures, meet-and-greets with comic artists, comic signings, and more.
The Saturday comics fair traditionally culminates in the presentation of the Zlatirepec Awards, once again joined by the Sophie Castille Award for the best comic translation into Slovenian. The awards ceremony will also feature a performance by French drawing virtuoso Edmond Baudoin, who will create live artwork to the musical accompaniment of improviser and multi-instrumentalist Samo Kutin.
