In his work, visual artist Maks Bricelj turns discarded objects into showcases and places them within the public space. These showcases create locations of potentiality for interaction with the audience and their participation in the piece. The attempt to establish a community of viewers around the showcases ultimately fails, yet the cases can nonetheless become scenes of use when other living creatures begin to utilise them.
