IGORRR

+ Otto Von Schirach + Drumcorps

Postponed concert from the time the world had a guest visitor named CoronaVirus.

In December, the unusual concert troupe headed by the name IGORRR will stop at Kino Šiška. Igorrr is the name of one person, or rather, the stage name of one person, who is French. Gauiter Serre is his real name, and Igorrr doesn’t care much about anything. Any rules, any sense, anything. They’re Unique. Even in the fact that Igorrr are now a three-piece – in addition to Gautier, there’s vocalist Laurent Lunoir and percussionist Sylvain Bouvier. Igorrr blend everything together and it works very well, as proven by all of their albums, especially the current one Savage Sinusoid, which has conquered the world with the help of Metal Blade Records. Live, Igorrr are an extraordinary force of the bizarre, organised chaos, unexpectedness at every second. If life is like a box of chocolates and you never know what you’re going to get, then Igorrr are an explosion of chocolate. You never know what you’re going to get and what will hit you. But it will be sweet, and you’ll remember it forever.

Ahead of Igorrr, the stage will be taken over by Aaron Spectre’s metal breakcore project Drumcorps. Spectre won a “Sound Art Award” with his album “Grist” at The Austria’s Ars Electronica. In 2015, on his album “Falling Forward”, musicians, including drummer Igor Cavalera (of Sepultura, Soulwax, Cavalera Conspiracy, and Mixhell); Leo Miller and Mike Justian joined Aaron for this opus.

The concert will be opened by Otto von Schirach, a protégé of Monkeytown Records, whose life and music are too bizarre to be described in just a short PR text. Google it and stare in wonder.
