The zine Raw Youth presents Belgrade’s youth scene as a space of transition between the public and the private, between the chaos of the club and the quiet of the following morning.
It’s created from the perspective of a photographer who isn’t a mere outside observer but an active participant, granting him access to intimate and wild images that remain hidden to others. Wild youth, established by the author through a mixture of fragmented details of sweaty bodies bathed in the garish colours of club lights, beer cans, smiles, sex, and tears, is thus understood as a fleeting, intense state, somewhere one the border between mania and ecstasy.
