In the exhibition This Gallery Is Bigger Than My Space, Kara Marušič explores working from home within the context of visual arts.
She draws from her own situation – a small studio flat that also has to function as a workspace. The focus is on the overlap between living and working spaces and the accumulation of objects tied to artistic practice. The exhibition raises questions about how much personal space artistic work occupies, both literally and symbolically.
