Summer in Šiška 2026: MARTINI POLICE

Free open air concert series

free entry

The only cops you don’t mind getting a visit from, Martini Police are an Italian quartet that blends electro-funk, kraut-rock, and alt-pop into an experimental, genre-defying sound.

The band has evolved from a retro-inspired aesthetic to a more refined and varied sonic identity, incorporating modular synths, electronic percussion, and samples in their recent work. Their debut full-length album, GLASS BREAKER, released this year, marks a significant shift by exploring the complex relationship between nature and technology through daring, art-rock-influenced arrangements. As a formidable live act, they’ve performed alongside acts like The Notwist and Nu Genea.

Summer in Šiška is a series of free evening concerts, from July 1 until September 19, helping you chase away the social distancing blues. If the weather cooperates, we’ll cool off with a refreshing drink on the summer terrace of Café Kino Šiška, and if it looks to be raining, we’ll listen to good tunes beneath the roof of our Komuna Hall. Welcome to your Summer in Šiška!

Free entry.
