Kino Šiška is announcing a collaboration with the Sexto ‘Nplugged festival and invites you to the Dry Cleaning concert on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, where Slovenian balans will balance out the lineup.
Dry Cleaning is one of the hottest names in British post-punk, while the music of the balans trio is described by our Italian partners as a hypnotic and unconventional sound that crawls under your skin and combines post-punk, lo-fi rock, krautrock and psychedelia. Thanks to the band’s collaboration with visual artists, stylists and photographers, their performances are comprehensive visual and audio experiences.
Sexto ‘Nplugged is a boutique festival with a first-class programme of contemporary indie music production, taking place at the beginning of July in the unique ambience of the courtyard of the medieval abbey in Sesto Al Reghena near Pordenone. In previous years, the festival has hosted acts such as Cat Power, Black Midi, Michael Kiwanuka, Interpol, Mogwai, Pantha Du Prince, and many more.
