David Kucler and Petja Kocet: Meadow

exhibition

Due to damage to the artwork, the exhibition is closed early. Thank you for your understanding.

Artists David Kucler and Petja Kocet present the large-format works Meadow: Brod 0.5 and Meadow: Sočerga – meadows, scanned in the Upper Carniola and Slovene Littoral regions, then reproduced in the gallery space at a 1:1 scale. Each of the works, sized 6 x 3.5 meters, consists of 320 A4 scans/prints, which allows the viewer to observe the meadow flora and details such as apples, snails, leaves and the string with which Kucler and Kocet marked the surface of the selected meadows.

With a light procedural approach, the Meadow exhibition opens up the possibility of a different experience of the existing living landscape and its forms, while at the same time pointing towards the contemplation of the relationships into which it enters.
