By joining as a delegate, you’ll gain first-hand access to an inspiring program of contemporary dance performances, artist pitches, and professional exchange. It’s a unique chance to meet peers from the field, discover new works, and build connections within the regional and international dance community. Please note that due to limited capacity, only one delegate per organisation can be accepted, this is why early registration is strongly encouraged.

What to Expect?

A thoughtfully curated selection of performances and Dance Scape pitch sessions will offer insight into the diversity and vitality of contemporary dance in the Balkans. Alongside the artistic program, dedicated networking moments will create space for dialogue, collaboration, and future partnerships.

Registration fee: €55*

The fee includes: access to all showcase performances, access to special hotel rates, one meal per day, access to networking events, gatherings, and parties.

Additional Opportunities in the Region

Participants arriving from 12 May or staying until 17 May can take part in a co-production programme supporting cross-border collaboration, artistic exchange, and the creation of new contemporary dance works. There will be 5 Moving Balkans co-productions presented on 12 and 17 May, venues and times TBC.

Those extending their stay may also visit major dance events happening in the region:

• ARC FOR DANCE, Athens: 15–25 May 2026
• The fitfth Bulgarian Dance Platform, Sofia: 16–19 May 2026
• Dance Week Festival, Zagreb: 17–23 May 2026

Getting from Belgrade Airport to Novi Sad

You can arrange an airport-to-city transfer through Autoturist, and when reserving your transfer please add a note MOVING BALKANS in the section “Other inquiries”. A day before your travel you will receive a message with options to travel alone or with other passengers, which will also determine the price of your travel.

*The registration fee is 55 EUR. Since payments are made in Serbian dinars, the final amount may vary slightly depending on the exchange rate at the time of payment.
