The main concert evening of this year’s SONICA Festival will feature the legendary duo Flanger. The pair of masters, Uwe Schmidt (Atom™, Atom Heart, Senor Coconut, etc.) and Burnt Friedman, returned last year with a new album, Lollopy Dripper, and a fantastic live performance with modular synthesizers, computers and effects.
The unforgettable concert experience, where we’ll be able to observe Flanger at work from close up, will be supported by a performance by another legend, electro minimalist Atom™, at his only gig outside of Berlin’s Berghain this year, and the hard-hitting duo Warrego Valles, premiering new material from their upcoming album via Kamizdat Records, with visual accompaniment by Simon Svetlik.
