Refunds for postponed and cancelled events

The refunds will be processed after 4 May 2020.
In light of the government prohibiting all events until further notice due to the coronavirus, Kino Šiška has unfortunately had to postpone a large number of events, as well as cancel some – from concerts and exhibitions to theatre performances and conferences.
We’re sad we haven’t seen you around in a while. Our entire team is busy brainstorming, thinking up new ways of working and arranging new event dates for when we reopen.
All purchased tickets are of course valid for the postponed events with new dates announced already. We’d appreciate it if you retain your ticket for the new date and thereby support culture in Slovenia.
If the new date does not suit you or if the event has been cancelled, you are entitled to a refund of your purchase. Please follow the refund procedure below.
➡️ ONLINE PURCHASE / PURCHASE AT EVENTIM SALES OUTLETS (KINO ŠIŠKA BOX OFFICE, KRIŽANKE, TIVOLI):
If you bought your ticket online, please send the order number or a photo of the purchased tickets (with a clearly visible barcode) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you bought your ticket at the Eventim sales outlets at Kino Šiška, Križanke or Tivoli, send a photo of the purchased tickets (with a clearly visible barcode) to email@example.com, along with your bank account number and full personal details including your address. The refund will be deposited on your bank account.
➡️ OTHER SALES OUTLETS:
If you purchased your ticket at another sales outlet, bring the original ticket back to the point of purchase. Refunds are possible only at the actual point of purchase (except for Petrol outlets – you can return the ticket to the most convenient Petrol outlet).
