Usage of folk rhythms, melodies and motives as a background for building the music, instead of copping and rearranging them, make the whole music unique.

This allows more freedom in expression and permits influences of many other music forms as
well as their mix, preserving in the same time the strong Macedonian character. Instruments
from relatively modern origin, (Trombone, Saxophone, Trumpet, Bass guitar, Percussions and
Synthesizer, Piano) gives the music a specific, unique spirit.

Vladan Drobicki - trombone
Vasko Bojadziski - saxophone
Aleksandar Nikolovski - trumpet
Panche Bujukliev - synthesizer, piano
Pavel Drobicki - electric bass guitar
Goce Naumov - drums, percussion

The group issued four albums:

"Seth Makes Sense" (1993);
"Within Yourself" (1996);
"Sethstat" (2000);
"Rolling Garage" (2004).

History
Guided from a need to create a new music, three students of (music, electro technical and
machine science), in 1990 created a bend.
Under a strong influence of traditional way of living, but in the same time living an urban life,
music that they create was nothing lake they heard till than. Not long after the three students
created this band (Vladan Drobicki, Dorian Jovanovic and Vasko Bojadziski) they had two more
musicians Aleksandar Gumbevski and Mihail Parushev.
The band was called "SETH" after the Egyptian god-warier, protector of Amon Ra. They work
very hard and in 1993 they published the first album in the new publishing house at that time
"BAGI Records".
In this period SETH is performing in every stage in Macedonia , in these circumstances they get
a very good reputation and very wide musical experience That musical experience was a path
for creating new materials which were recorded and published in a record time and with no
trouble at all. Than in 1995 the band is richer with three more musicians Kliment Angelovski,
Gjole Maksimovski and Dino Milosavljevic.
In 1996 the new album "Within Yourself" is published for "SJF Records". SETH is performing
outside Macedonia , in a small tour in Balkan countries. The latest album is getting very good
critics wherever it was performed. In the next mounts SETH is working on the new material for
the third official album. They rent a studio and work there for a year. The result was undefined,
they were not sure that this is the right material for the album. At the same time the recording
from the Kumanovo Jazz Festival was the right one and it was published as an official third
album "SETHSTAT" in 2000 from "SJF Records". In this album for the first time Pance Bujukliev
is appearing.
The next period is very stressful for the whole region. An armed conflict started in Macedonia.
The band didn't stop working and the members of SETH take part in a Global association for
musicians without borders. They performed in places which were a center of the conflict
(Tetovo,Gostivar, Kumanovo). They also performed in festivals which for a main goal have
peace (No Borders, Peace Unlimited Festival etc) In preparations for the next album ("Rolling
Garage" 2004, SJF Records), beside the current group members, Lazar Darkovski –was also
performing on drums.
