19:00 - Darinka Novak exhibition opening

An exhibition of documentary photographs portraying an event that happened although it didn't. Darinka Novak presents the latent reality of strategic play consisting of nine stops, called An Auction of Ideas, Smoking room, Press room, Sea Level, Green Room, Flashmob, Pawn Shop, Lookout and 3x3. Nine interactive installations featuring multi-layered and associative meanings portraying as if in comics the social situations in which we find ourselves gradually and practically unknowingly. At the launch a book will be presented composed of the collected documentation on the development of a wider performative project being carried out in 2007 under the same name, as directed by the young generation of Slovenian artists. Apart from documents and photographs, the book will feature texts by invited authors, critics and amateur observers of cultural and creative developments.
